Common questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LerneQ and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I sync my progress across devices?

Create an account or sign in with Google to sync your learning progress across all your devices. Use the same account on each device and your streak, mastery, and schedule will follow you.

The audio is not playing. What can I check?

Check that your phone is not on silent mode and that the volume is turned up. The app uses your device's German voice, so it also helps to make sure the German language pack is installed in your iPhone settings.

Does LerneQ work offline?

Yes. All vocabulary content is available offline. You only need an internet connection to sync your progress or manage your subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all of your data. See our Privacy Policy for more on how your data is handled.

How do I report a bug?
